FABRIC - MESH - FABRICS - FTFE - ADHESIVE

One side coated with pressure adhesive glass fabrics are manufactured from high quality PTFE. The adhesive is either a silicone or acrylic based. Silicone adhesive can withstand operation from -70 to + 260 C°.
Acrylic adhesive is rated for service between -40 and + 175 C°. Having high peel adhesion and shear strength properties, Elmas Pressure Sensitive tapes provide high adhesion, ease of removal without leaving adhesive residue and long shelf life.

Skived PTFE films are made of pure skived PTFE with one side coated pressure sensitive silicone polymer adhesive. Skived PTFE tapes have excellent release and perfect non-stick properties because of pure PTFE.
Therefore they are most suitable for use in processes where lowing friction, excellent release and chemical resistance are needed.
